Leo has been building luxury custom homes throughout the Austin and West Lake area for over 25 years. He works alongside his 3 sons on the job sites while his wife Sonia and daughter Liliana manage the home office. Together they have built a successful business and enjoy making dreams come true.
Ivan L. Tapia
Project Supervisor
Ivan is the oldest of the 3 sons. Ivan graduated high school and attended college for several semesters before deciding to join the family business. While in high school, he was involved in a four-year Construction Program where he earned his OSHA and NCCER Certifications. Ivan has worked alongside his father to help build a fruitful business.
Leonel A. Tapia
Public Relations
Leo is a college student currently studying Architecture & Design. Leo interfaces with clients and vendors on a regular basis to ensure the projects are moving along according to plan.
Leo also participated in the four-year Construction Program and has earned his 30 Hour OSHA and NCCER Certifications.

Jose graduated high school in 2019 and is a college student currently studying Business Management & Entrepreneurship. While in high school, Jose mastered a four-year Business Management & Entrepreneurship program which allowed him to transfer credit hours to his college plan. Jose is responsible for marketing and business development strategies to increase new customers database and existing client retention.
